3 separate levels each with its own individual gated entrance making it
easy to maintain. Mains water and electricity. Most of the furniture is
included / negotiable. Gardens feature free roaming Peacocks. The fruit
plot is large enough to host stables / paddock, kennels or similar.
There is room for a full size tennis court if desired or you could even
plough it up a bit for a kids scramble practise track. If that's too

the last two decades Irving's has been host to almost every celebrity

the Costa del Sol. For the last 6 years it has been in the safe hands of
Keith & Shirley who have ensured Irving's has not only remained alive,
but prospers and is busy. Location, reputation and sound business sense
have kept Irving's a thriving business - even in today's climate.
This text will be replaced Now, Irving's is to change hands once more. Having been run almost
entirely on a "nights only" basis the accounts show a demonstrably
strong capability to thrive and grow - if other shifts (morning and
afternoon) were adopted. Past retiring age, Keith and Shirley have
decided to let someone take the next step with Irving's and finish what
they started over the next decade.
